January 30, 2023 – Independent Bankers Capital Fund IV, L.P. (“IBC Fund IV”) is pleased to announce its investment in Denver, Colorado based GPT Industries (“GPT”). GPT is a leading manufacturer of critical pipeline sealing and electrical isolation products. GPT produces critical-service flange isolation kits (FIKs) and monolithic isolation joints (MIJs) for oil, natural gas, and water pipeline applications globally. GPT’s patented, highly engineered products help prevent the leading causes of pipeline failures and protect against potential explosions, fires and pollution.
IBC Fund IV partnered with Capital Southwest Corporation to provide Branford Castle Partners with the necessary debt financing to purchase GPT from EnPro Industries.
