July 31, 2024 – Independent Bankers Capital Fund IV, LP (“IBCF IV” or “Fund IV”), a licensed Small Business Investment Company that provides flexible capital solutions for lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the promotions of John Dyar and Tyler Bozynski from Vice President to Principal.
Mr. Dyar joined IBC Funds in 2015 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring, analyzing, and negotiating direct junior capital investments into lower middle market companies in both Fund III and Fund IV.
Mr. Bozynski joined IBC Funds in 2021 after previously investing out of two prior SBIC funds with Diamond State Ventures.
These promotions are reflective of their initiatives in sourcing, vetting and closing multiple portfolio company deals in Fund IV including, but not limited to, C&C Sage, Inc., Yebo Acquisition, LLC, Invoke Holdings, LLC, Chibuzo Holdings, LLC and, most recently, ProSet Modular Holdings, LLC.
