July 1, 2024 – Independent Bankers Capital Fund IV, L.P. (“IBC Fund IV”) is pleased to announce its investment in Ziamatic Holdings, LLC (collectively the “Company” or “Ziamatic”). Headquartered in Yardley, Pennsylvania, Ziamatic assembles and manufactures branded products serving the fire & life safety, emergency medical services, and marine end markets with a broad product offering including self-contained breathing apparatus brackets, fire ladder access systems, wheel chocs, forcible entry tools, tool mounts and many others.
IBC Fund IV co-invested in the Ziamatic transaction alongside Harbert Credit Solutions Fund V, L.P. The Ziamatic transaction was led by sponsor and investor Evolve Capital, LLC, a private equity firm that IBC Funds has partnered with on prior transactions.
