August 11, 2023 – Independent Bankers Capital Fund IV, L.P. (“IBC Fund IV”) is pleased to announce its investment in Fort Smith, Arkansas based Chibuzo Holdings LLC (“Chibuzo”). Founded over 25 years ago as a manufacturer of wood pallets, Chibuzo has a combined history of over 90 years of pallet manufacturing and sales. Consisting of two operating entities, General Pallets & Crates and Southland Manufacturing, Chibuzo specializes in new wood pallets and crating, providing high quality products and value-added services.
