July 31, 2023 – Independent Bankers Capital Fund IV, L.P. (“IBC Fund IV”) is pleased to announce its investment in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas based 2000 Foundation Products LLC (“2000 Products” or the “Company”). 2000 Products is the leading manufacturer and supplier of foundation repair products in Texas, with six retail locations, and is a one-stop shop for all materials and equipment needed in the foundation repair process. 2000 Products provides materials and equipment to their customer base via in-store purchases and delivery for larger customers.
Venquest Capital Partners (“Venquest”) sponsored a recapitalization of 2000 Products in partnership with the Company’s Founders, JD and Kathy Grommesh. IBC Fund IV partnered with Bluehenge Capital Partners and East West Bank to provide funding for recapitalization and growth. IBC Funds has a long-term relationship with Venquest dating back to Independent Bankers Capital Fund I, L.P. (“IBC Fund I”). 2000 Products represents the third transaction that IBC Funds worked on with Venquest.
