September 30, 2022 – IBC Funds is pleased to announce its investment in Oklahoma City-based Jetta Holdings, LLC and Jetta Corporation (“Jetta”). Founded in 1981, Jetta is a leading manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs, offering a full-range of styles and selling primarily through plumbing distributors in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
IBC Fund IV’s investment will be used to grow the existing business through expansion of product lines and product extensions, target geographic expansion into adjacent markets such as Arkansas, Tennessee, and Missouri.
